Destination Video Productions, an Atlanta-based video production company, was launched in 2004 and soon became official producer for the Southeast Tourism Society.
Today DVP operates as a full-service, independent production company located in midtown Atlanta and serving tour and travel destinations across the southeastern U.S.
From one-stop attractions and festivals to extended adventure/vacation recreation experiences, our video production team has the experience to showcase your destination in vivid style.
Our creative staff produces video for television and streaming video for websites, as well as DVDs, USB flash drives and other leave-behinds for convention and sales presentations.
Destination Video Productions also produces video for training and waiver needs for skydiving, river rafting & other extreme sporting activities where extra caution and preparation are required.
DVP Executive Producer Eric Holder has worked and played in tourism for 20 years and counting. In addition to inherent passion for the industry, Eric enjoys professional experience at every level of tour and travel marketing -- from grassroots to high-concept.

Before launching Destination Video Productions, Eric was a spokesperson and producer for the Peabody Awards, the oldest and most prestigious prize in television and radio. While there, he was awarded and administered a $500,000 documentary video grant and was an active member of the Radio and Television News Directors Association and National Association of Broadcasters.
Earlier, Eric worked at the Athens Convention and Visitors Bureau as manager for both the Tour and Travel and the Public Relations Marketing departments. Eric produced the city’s first tourism website, www.visitAthensGa.com, and created state-recognized programs. His photography was featured in Southern Living Magazine, in addition to many other tour and travel publications.
Eric got his start in the tour and travel industry when he worked as a production coordinator for television and film studios from across the globe as Public Relations Manager for the the Athens Welcome Center during the 1996 Olympic Games.
In his free time, Eric is himself an avid sportsman and adventurer. On any given weekend he can be found running up Stone Mountain, kayaking the Nantahala River or biking and camping in one of the southeast’s many treasured parks. Eric’s passion for connecting his love of tour, travel and adventure to his expertise in video shows in DVP’s every production.
